After running SBS&D It Appears I'm Still Infected

Last night I logged in to my router and found about a dozen and a half active connections to places I knew nothing about. I have two computers connected to the router and neither one had an active connection that we'd initiated.

I rebooted the router and within seconds about 6 of the connections had re-established themselves.

I'd run SpyBot S&D just two days ago and only found some tracking cookies!

What's happening and what do I do?
