agent.ggt and win32.agent.bid

I have run Spybot S&D, AVG Antispyware, and AVG Anti-virus. They all find agent.ggt and win32.agent.bid, but I can't seem to remove them permanently.

I have a HijackThis log below, but I cannot run Kaspersky's, or anyone else's online scan, because I'm being 'blocked' through IE.

I have also posted to BleepingComputer.com with this issue.

It is good that you informed us you had also posted at BC, however I think you may have missed this forum's sticky topics.

You did not mention that you had also run combofix, not to be taken lightly.
