All In One Telecom

Hi

When using spybot I keep picking up the same spyware called all in one telecom. Whenever I try to remove it spybot tells me that it could not be removed as it may be being used by the system memory. This is the same when spybot is run on startup. Can anyone tell me how I can remove this annoying spyware
