An Error caused by Spybot prevents me from downloading my virus definitions

Please help. I can't protect my business files without the new virus protection. Can I just uninstall Spybot or what?

• Operating System.
• Version of Spybot-S&D.
• How long had Spybot been installed before you received the error message.
• Ditto for the Anti Virus.
• Which anti virus program is it.
