Another problem with updating

I frequently run the Update feature but every time I try to download I get a 'Bad Checksum' error. Can anyone throw any light on this please?

The bad checksum appears to be related to your download source. Try a different source.

Another updating problem

Thank you larry_d. I firstly checked for updates from the main Spybot program and then simply clicked 'Download'. I solved the problem by re-installing Spybot. Is there another option you know of?
