antivirgear popups

Spybot WORKED AND got rid of all but the icon in lower right corner announcing "spyware detected' in popups.
Spybot cannot detect this icon as a problem but it is annoying. Any simple solution?

I have this same problem and spybot also partially fixed it. However the icon with pop up still appears in my lower right toolbar...help please.
