Has anyone had any problems with this. It started poping up a few days ago. I have run all my sercurity and spyware programs and I cannot get rid of this. It is blocking sites and interfereing with everything. Is there anything I can do. As I understand this is a scam of some sort. As I am working their page pops us and blocks what I am doing and won't go away. It says I need to pay 49.99.
