Antivirus 360 keeps popping up, driving me nuts!

One of my users accidentally installed antivirus 360 and now it won't leave. I didn't find any registry files to delete. And the last scan said it got rid of it, but it keeps popping up. I don't know what to do- can't find any trace of it.
Please help!

You need to produce a log for analysis as in previous thread.

Start a new topic providing the HJT log, this one has been closed as helpers look for threads without a response.
