the software "Emsisoft App Amor" conflicted with the installation of rc1 of spybot. "App Amor" detected unknown or suspicious behavior and prevented with active product-protection a clean installation of spybot rc1
 
is it Emsisoft Online Armor conflicting w/ Spybot 2.0 RC1 install?

never heard of "Emsisoft App Amor".
do you mean Emsisoft Online Armor?

you may want to report this software conflict w/ Spybot 2.0 RC1 in the Emsisoft Support forums.
