ARghh Antivermin and trojan

Hi guys,
New to trying to remove things so an easy explanation would help me!!
Need some help here, got a naughty anti-vermin and a trojan that are driving me insane!!:
Need to get rid!!
Please someone help!!

Hello.

Please send your *complete* Spybot bug report:
Open Spybot-S&D and start a scan ("check for problems"). After the scan, right-click in the results field and choose either "Save full report to file..." or
"Copy full report to clipboard".

Then attach the file (or copy the report) to the email and send it to: detections(at)spybot.info

Start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum

Once you have posted, a helper will take a look at the logs as soon as available and give any further instructions necessary.
