Autoit.ECL - ? removal

As title,

I have re-installed XP on this HP d530 1.5gb ram

somehow I have managed to get a worm or an alert from AVG saying Worm / AutoIT.ECL. It fixes/vault it but it returns. What is the proceedure for this removal. I have done a search but there is no reference for this one here
