Scans continue to come back clean.
While following Secunia's to-do list, I have encountered a group of Microsoft update recommendations that I am unable to act upon:
(note: the following were edited for brevity. In the actual scan, the lists of KBs are hyperlinks, and the same link always appeared multiple times in succession. The number of times varied.)

When I click on the links, I am taken to the appropriate knowledge base page, such as
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978542/. The page has a link for obtaining the update. However. that link takes me to
http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate, which does not download the corresponding patch.
What to do?
