Babylon.toolbar Fix.

Hello,
Smicer777 , SpybotSandra , and Angelus .
I have also done the same thing you all tried . I have fixed my new tab problem of Babylon in my new tab . It does not matter Which version of Windows you are using . It is not a malware , spyware or addware problem .This is a FIREFOX PROBLEM .
To fix this , yes uninstall babylon first the way you would any program and restart you pc.
Open Firefox Explore , go open new tab , you will see babylon is still there . But the repair is there in front of you .
In the middle bottom of that page you will see in print ," New tab Removal" , Click it .
This will walk you though the steps .
When you copy and paste " about:config " in the address bar , BE CAREFULL . This is the config files for Firefox .
In " about:config " under " Preference Name " scroll down the list . You will find in bold black letters any line with the word " Babylon " in it , Right click each line and click " Reset ".
After that , scroll back up to the top and under " Value " scroll down and double check for the word "Babylon " right click it and click " Reset .
Close out your " Firefox Explorer " and reopen " Firefox Explorer " . Open New tab , you will probably still see Babylon .
Now copy that big long Babylon link in the address bar . Open " about:config "in its Search bar paste the babylon link and hit Enter . Right click that line and click " Reset " .
Close out your " Firefox Explorer " and reopen " Firefox Explorer " . Open New tab .
It will be fixed . Restart your PC .
PS . Let me know your result . We'll do lunch . lol:bigthumb:

Go to Control Panel, click Programs (software).

> Manage Search Engines

> select Babylon and Remove

> Close Firefox and open again

> write in the address Bar "about:config " and click Enter

> Write in the search engine "Babylon."

> Click on any 'Babylon' preferences with the right mouse button and select "Reset"
