Backdoor.bot How can I kill it MBMA still shows?

Hi Guys and Gals,

I have this malware backdoor.bot showing up in MBMA, yet my other software spybot, adaware, Antivir show negative? Is it a False Positive? I am concerned because if it is true then I will need to contact banks, paypal etc to say I have been compromised?

I have HJT installed

Can anyone help?
