Bad Image, Server Busy, Pop-ups and more...

Ive been trying for a week to fix these problems but cant seem to get rid of them. I keep getting errors stating winlognn.exe - Bad image, server busy, and pop-ups from internet speed monitor. Once the bad image error happens, I cant see any images on the internet so it makes my research very hard, not to mention all the pop-ups. Someone please help.

Update:

Im now also getting a csrssc.exe-Bad Image error which tells me to please check against your instillation diskette.

Any help?
