"Beast" Trojan Removal

Hello,

Spybot has detected a trojan after my last scan but is unable to remove it.
Neither AVG, Hijack This, or Malwarebytes has found it though Spybot has consistently found it.

I have no idea what to do at this point so any help would be appreciated greatly. I've attached a pic of the scan results page if that helps?

p.s.

I should probably mention that I'm running Vista and I don't detect any strange behavior from my computer.
