Befrugal.com add on toolbar

I am hoping that someone can please help me get rid of BeFrugal.com add on toolbar. I have uninstalled the program & disabled it via manage addons, but I am still not rid of it. I have Vista & IE9. Thanks much!

To request assistance in this forum the FAQ includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
