Beta 4 On-Screen Keyboard

I recently installed Beta 4 on Windows 7 64-bit. Live protection is blocking the On-Screen Keyboard. Without Live Protection, it works correctly. With Live Protection, I get two UAC messages and nothing opens (no error messages either).
