Bit defender problem download with Spybot

When I try to download my new bit defender 2016 Tital Security a window pops yup that advises meet to uninstall Spybot before continuing. Is removing Spybot the only way to get the bit defender to download? Thank you.

Which version and edition of Spybot do you have please, with or without the anti virus?
