Blackbad?

I am trying to run LIMEWIRE and spybot keeps auto blacklisting it and terminating it before it even starts... It doesn't ask me it does not show up in the entry listing it just gives me the little pupup when I drag my mouse over the resident icon... fail?
 
What does the little popup when you drag your mouse over the resident icon say?
 
it says 5006060 items blacklisten or however many and right under neath it shows the latest blacklisten item which is PROGRAM: LIMEWIRE LOCATION: etc.
