Blacklist?

I've got a question, when my Spybot SD say "55940 processes blacklisted" Is this how many spywares etc. it can identify during scan, or is that how many it has detected on my computer? because that would be alot of spyware :red:

It's how many it has immunized your computer against (i.e. so they can't infect you)
