Botscan doesn't seem to complete in 1.6.2

I have just upgraded & installed 1.6.2. I have made sure it is up to date & I ran a botscan. It found 6 items (tracking cookies) but when I tried to delete them I found that they will not turn to green like usual. This is the first time I have upgraded Spybot. Should I have uninstalled the previous version 1.6.0 before I upgraded?
 
I would just like to say that it seems to be running normally now (must have been gremlins). :oops:

In fact I think it scans quicker. Well done Spybot team :bigthumb:
