browser hijack and look2me trojan/virus?

Please help. My browser was hijacked (have since been able to set it back to my home page) and I am convinced that I have the look2me virus or something else pretty nasty on my pc.

I've uninstalled SpyBot 3, downloaded SpyBot 4 but cannot update the definitions (keep getting a bad checksum message).

This item...should belong to the legitimate program "SpyCatcher"
