Browser redirect/shut down

Help! I can't start 2009 with my 2008 problems still haunting me. I for some strange reason my IE or Firefox browser will shut down when it hit certain links--and i'm not talking about anything sketchy. Nothing shows up on scans. And the only browser filter I'm running is K9.

Someone please help this is no way to start the New Year!
