BSOD Pop Up wanting to sell their crap - I use Chrome Browser....

I'm running SpyBot + Virus on my main desktop

Lately I've been plagued with a PopUp Blue BSOD page just like we used to get back when and back then it really was something to be concerned with and about.However this damned BSOD is simply someone, probably in Asia or Russia that's wanting to sell their program to take care of the problem they have created.

I'm attaching a picture, which will provide info on what I'm dealing with. So I need help ridding myself of this problem. Here's hoping you can help.

Please don't suggest that I need to "reset" my Chrome Browser. I just did that a few days back. Thanks.

To request assistance in this forum the FAQ includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary FRST and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs so a volunteer analyst may advise.
