bug (access violation after deleting uninstall entry)

spybot S&D 1.5.1.18

i went to advanced - tools - uninstall info

clicked php designer 6 than delete and got this error, spybot was run as administrator
error was -
Access violation at address 0040640A in module 'SpybotSD.exe'. Read of address 6572616

i wrote the wrong read of address
the error was
