Bug destroying install ability on Spybot

Have virus and/or spyware not allowing SpyBot intall or any antivirus install

Thank you for reading my post. Please see attached list from HiJackThis and advise if anyone can help. At this point I can not install Spybot or any other type of antivirus or adware protections. Please help me if you can. Thank you.

Please follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum

Once you have posted a helper will advise you as soon as available.
