Bug with Opera 11 Immunizations?

I just did a clean install of Opera 11 and Spybot 1.6.2.

Now Spybot shows OPERA 4+ (11.0.1156.0)...
Shouldn't it shows OPERA 11+?

In addition, I ONLY see immunizations for Opera Plugins.
Spybot does NOT show immunizations for Opera 11 cookies etc.

Are these bugs?

Hello,

Do you have the latest Opera version probably installed under a different path than this?
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Opera

I completely uninstalled OPERA and Manually deleted the OPERA folder in the Application Data folder.

P.S. I did this since Spybot ALWAYS has problems trying to immunize Opera Cookies. Spybit would often fail to immunize Opera cookies and crash.

Then I installed Opera 11.

The data is Now in this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Application Data\Opera\Opera

I do not know why Opera 11 created a subfolder called Opera within the Opera folder. I installed with the defaults in the Opera Installer.

I tried uninstalling Opera again. After the uninstall, I Manually deleted:

C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Application Data\Opera\Opera
C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera
and
C:\Program files\Opera

Then I reinstalled Opera.

Opera 11 recreated these folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Application Data\Opera\Opera
C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera
and
C:\Program files\Opera

Spybot ONLY show Opera Plugins. Not cookies etc.

You should take a look at this thread http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=58535

Those are the default installation folders for Opera, at least since version 10. I see they retained them for version 11 which I have not installed.

I also have noticed that same issue when I boot into WinXP (I have a dual-boot system with Win98). After making the workarounds described in detail in that referenced thread, Spybot immunizes normally in Win98 but for some reason does not detect the same files (urlfilter.ini, cookies4.dat, etc.) in WinXP even though I have them in the same locations. It's definitely a bug in Spybot which they don't seem very interested in. Strange thing is, Spybot used to work fine without these hacks and workarounds until last July.
