can I load spybot onto D drive

how can I load spybot on to my "D" Drive as my "C" drive does not have much room left.
It does not seem to give me an option to custom instal.
 
For the 2.4 version,as you're installing,when you get to the installation and usage mode screen,select "I want more control,more feedback,and more responsibility".If you select that,then after the license agreement page,you'll get a Select Destination Location screen that will let you browse and select where you wish to install Spybot.If you scroll down,your D:\ drive should be selectable. :)
