As with most malware removal forums staffed by trained volunteers, no we do not accept payment, all members are given equal assistance. :wink::

Donations given towards the support of the (free for individual use) Spybot-S&D Program are always gratefully received but will not provide preferential treatment.

Otherwise I can only recommend you either take the machine to a shop or follow our 'Sticky' procedure: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D
