Can Immunize cause conflicts with other anti spyware?

Hi,

I know real time protection can cause conflicts with oher anti spyware/virus, so I turned it off.
What about immunize is there a way to turn it off? Does unchecking everything listed on that page
disables it? Can it cause conflicts with other anti spyware tools? I only have 1 other, Microsoft Security Essentials.

To remove Immunization,you'd click Undo Immunization and wait until Spybot is done removing them.
No,there shouldn't be too many conflicts with any other antispyware programs and Spybot's immunization.About the only thing that might happen is another anti-malware program might occasionally think that some of Spybot's immunization is something bad,and remove it.That's called a false positive:

I've had quite a few other antispyware programs over the years and that's happened only once or twice,so it's not really anything to worry about. :)
