Can not connect to server

Ok im trying to install version 1.5.2.0 and i get all the way to the part where it is supost to connect to the server to get the program but all it does is say
"Error sending request. A connection with the sever could not be established" please help.

Yes its allowed to access the internet. No firewall or anything is blocking it.
