Can not download

Hello, I have a fairly new laptop with windows vista I have avg and AntiVir which were working however start of February 2009 Windows Security informed me that my antivirus was turned of.
I have tried starting it but nothing,tried deleting both but nothing and I can not download anything.
I also have Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes and Spybot which do not come up with anything conected to my problem.
Would appreciate any help that anyone can give.

Hi

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
