Cannot clean my PC, I.Explorer shows only " a blank page"

Hi there,

two weeks ago I installaed I.E. 7, and after that my pc started with problems:

1 spy bot ( latest version and updates ) cannot updates automatically.
2 I.Explorer and Mozilla cannot open any Internet page related to anti spyware o r antivirus
3 I downloaded manually with another PC the new definition of spybot, but after the check and the restart nothing changes

How can I clean the PC?

To separate if this is a software or malware problem I am concentrating on this:

Can you try to produce a HJT log as shown here: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps

If so please start your own thread in the malware forum:

Malware Removal Forum

Once you posted the log a helper would take a look as soon as available and give any further instructions necessary.

If you cannot download HJT please let me know.
