I purchased a new satellite lap top 1 month ago and downloaded and installed Spybot on this computer. I updated several times since. My problem is that now, I cannot download updates. I've found I cannot get to the Safer Network website either. I check firewall and it is set on medium. The D-link router automatically sets the firewall settings. I have another satellite lap top connected to the wireless router with no problems. I have Avast antivirus installed but used Spybot after this was installed. Any suggestions?
