Cannot fix problem

Hi people

I may not be the brightest but I have 8 entries from NewDotNet and Spybot cannot fix the problems, I tried to delete the program folder and DLL but a message box tells me it is use by a person or another program and will not delete it.

Has anyone any idea of how to fix this problem? it would be very much appreciated

It's recommended to uninstall New.Net, Newdotnet(Domains) WebHancer While off line,, Go to Control Panel add/remove programs and remove it.
If you can't find it there go here and follow procedure number 4:

Restart the PC when is is finished
delete the NewDotNet folder in program files.
