After updating my iTunes software the other day, I suddenly had a bad malware problem. I don't know if that's a related operation but that's the last time my computer was functioning normally.
All of my web browsers are blocked from opening. I cannot install anything on my computer, including web browsers and anti-malware software. I ran Windows Defender but it did not come up with anything. I tried starting up in safe mode to install anti-malware programs, but that did not work.
Does anyone have a solution I can try?
