Cannot install spybot(can't connect to internet)

Hey all,

Just got spybot and im having a issue installing. Basically I get to the point where it tried to download "additional files" and times out. I had the same problem trying to install AVG untill I got a full install of that. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Thanks

Hello,

During the installation Spybot tries to download the updates.
You can disable this function in the wizard itself.
Just untick the checkbox in front of "download updates during installation" or "Download Updates immediately".
The updates can be downloaded later on.
