cant find the spam bot.... Please help

Hello,
my ip keeps getting Blacklisted due to spam being sent from my location. i have narrowed down to the infected machine, but AdAware, Spybot, Avast are all detecting nothing.
approx 1 month ago this machine did have a number of infections that were "cleaned" (or so we thought). unfortunately i do not have a record of exactly what the infections were.

PLease help.
