Can't immunize global hosts

I've downloaded update
"BDetection rules (beta) Updated detections (15KB) - 2007-09-19" but
still have 6629 global hosts I can't immunize. By the way, what are global hosts?
 
Should have checked one last time

It seems to have taken care of itself. Five times it failed to work and just after Ii post it, it fixes itself.:oops:
