Can't immunize in Win 7

I have tried to right click on the shortcut to run as administrator, but nothing I do will allow me to get to the main screen so I can immunize my system. I am running WIN7 Ultimate 64-bit. What am I doing wrong here? I do NOT have this problem on my 32-bit systems.
