Cant install spybot!

Hi i am tryign to reinstall spybot. I can download it fine but when i try to install it i get get "error sending request, the server name or address could not be resolved". I know i have something on my computer can someone help me or point me in the right direction?

Did you attempt to search for updates while you were still installing Spybot?

If so, uncheck the option where it tells you to search for updates immediately (while the installation wizard is still running; meaning Spybot has not been fully set up yet).
