cant install

when i try to install spybot for the frist time i get to then end the a error pops up saying that it cant expand shell folder constant userappdata any help would be great.

What Operating System are you running?
Have you rebooted the computer?
Try downloading another copy of Spybot-Search&Destroy:

And install again.
If that doesn't work, try installing it in Safe Mode.
