cant load delzip179.dll

I read through a similar question that has been posted before, but I am already using the newest version. Please, advice?? I downloaded the delzip179 but am unsure what to do with it :)

I checked the spybot folder and it already has the delzip179.dll there, but I do get the error message. Please help, something has taken over my ability to surf the net like I used to....
