Can't remove "Banker" Trojan

I was working on my friends computer and I was unable to remove a "Banker" Trojan because it says that it is still in use by another program. I then ran Spy bot after the reboot and still did the same thing.

My avg,superfree anti spyware, and adaware wont detect it either.

what should I do?

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

Posted above and pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum are the directions. Read and follow the directions completely then post the required Hijackthis log plainly described in those directions. I can not say if I can help until that is done. Please provide as much information about this trojan as you can. What program finds it? Where is it located? What is the exact name of this trojan?
