Can't remove spybot from pc

My first time. I am trying to remove spybot from my pc but an error message always appears saying the set up files are corrupted. Is there anything I can do to rectify this problem. Thank you for any help you can give me.

If the uninstall/setup file is corrupted or missing, what you can do is reinstall Spybot over the current version (the current or a newer one will do), so the file is replaced during installation.
