cant remove the threat

i can by pc with spy bot with lastest update every time i see ishost.exe file in that with is in system32 folder every it doesnt delete and also if i manually delete or delete from task manager processes it reappears when the windows restarts help me to remove this file pls

Have you run Spybot-S&D in safe mode?

Please follow the instructions there to produce a log so that we can take a look at the System.
