can't update through the Internet

Hi,

my old PC seems to have been infected by spyware, and I tried to clear them up using SpyBot; the problem is that, however, my PC can't access the internet becoz of spyware.
So, could someone tell me how to update SpyBot manually.
I have read the News in this URL, but couldn't find the files to update my SpyBot:http://www.safer-networking.org/en/news/2003-02-08.html

Please help if you could!

As an alternative go to the following page:
Then download and execute the following item:
  • Detection updates 2007-11-14 - product description
    md5: 5D529733E7AC20C0B4373DD98423D1E4

    This updates the detection rules. Only needed if you do not want to use the update function integrated into Spybot-S&D.
