Casale Media spyware keep coming back

How you guys doing? I run my spybot and Casale Media comes back after each scan. How can I remove it and keep it away? I ran spybot in safe mode. Now I am not that good with computers so please keep the instructions simple to understand for non computer science majors. Thanks in Advance.
