You will have to be a little more specific about what you mean by "Casale Media ....". The "...." is not very descriptive (from a spyware standpoint).
The CasaleMedia detection within Spybot is for the CasaleMedia tracking cookie. The CasaleMedia cookie should be removed with a Spybot scan and fix. It should be noted however, that some problems have been encountered with the removal of Firefox tracking cookies but the are ways around that.
